An artist finishes it. You approve it.
A real artist restores the photo and finishes the portrait by hand. Within 24 hours you receive a proof — ask for changes, or approve it with one click. Nothing is printed until you say so.

Your portrait arrives framed and ready to hang. The small code in the corner opens the memorial page — already filled by the relatives you invited while it was being made.

Fifteen minutes after you order, your memorial page is ready — long before the portrait arrives. Add up to 30 photos and their life story, then send one link. Parents, siblings, cousins and old friends add what they have, each under their own name.
It is free, for life. Everything can be exported at any time, and we send you a complete archive every year — because a page that can disappear is not a place to keep someone.

Before you begin
What if I only have one old, damaged photo?
One photo is enough. Our artists restore scratches, fading and low resolution by hand before the portrait is finished. If a photo is too small to print well, we tell you before you pay — not after.
Can you add someone who has passed into a photo they were never in?
Yes — it is what most families come to us for. Send a photo of your loved one and the family photo you would like them in. The artist places them naturally, matching light and scale, and you approve the proof before anything is printed.
How long does it take?
You see a preview in about a minute. Your artist proof arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, printing and framing take 5–7 business days, and delivery inside the US usually takes 3–8 business days.
What is the memorial page, and does it cost anything?
Every portrait includes a private online page with room for 30 photos, a life story and messages from family. It is free for life. An optional Lifetime Legacy upgrade ($49, once) adds a custom address, 1TB of storage, anniversary reminders for the whole family and a $100 reprint guarantee.
What if I am not happy with the proof?
Ask for changes. Two rounds of revisions are included, and we do not print until you approve. If a portrait arrives damaged or with a print defect, we replace it at no cost.
What happens to the page if Everlive ever closes?
You can export everything at any time, and we email you a complete archive every year. If we ever stop operating, every family gets at least 12 months' notice and a full download of their page. The portrait on your wall, of course, is yours forever.
